How it works

    Create your shop

    Sign up as a seller, name your shop and add your city and pickup address. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

    List your first items

    Photograph in daylight, write what it is, grade the condition honestly and set a price. Aim for ten to fifteen listings rather than one.

  3. 3

    Get orders

    Buyers order with cash on delivery. You confirm, pack, and hand the parcel to the courier — usually the same day.

  4. 4

    Get paid

    The courier collects the cash from the buyer and the amount is remitted to you afterwards, minus delivery charges.

What it costs

Nothing to open a shop, nothing to list, and no monthly fee. Delivery charges come out of the cash the courier collects, so your only real costs are packaging and your time.

If you are buying stock to resell, start small — ten pieces you can photograph properly beat a hundred sitting in a bag.

Questions sellers ask

Does it cost anything to sell?
Listing is free. Delivery charges are deducted from the cash the courier collects, so you do not pay anything up front to open a shop or list items.
Do I need a registered business?
No. Individuals selling their own items can sign up and list. You need a phone number you answer, an address the courier can find, and items to sell.
What can I sell?
Preloved clothing and accessories, handmade work, locally made goods, imported items, books, home goods and electronics. Anything illegal, counterfeit sold as genuine, or unsafe is not allowed.
How do I get paid?
Through cash on delivery. The courier collects payment from the buyer at the door and the money is remitted to you afterwards, minus the delivery charge.
How long does approval take?
Your shop is created as soon as you sign up. Seller profiles are reviewed, and you can prepare listings while that happens.
What sells best?
Branded clothing in good condition, unstitched suits, kids' clothes, winter wear and formal wear that was worn once. Heavily worn basics are the hardest thing to sell at any price.
