At Thrift Store, we connect buyers with independent sellers across Pakistan. Each seller is responsible for packaging and shipping their own products. This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery methods, timelines, charges, and seller responsibilities for shipping items purchased on our marketplace.
Delivery Coverage
Nationwide Delivery
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
• Karachi
• Lahore
• Islamabad
• Rawalpindi
• Faisalabad
• Multan
• Peshawar
• Quetta
• Sialkot
• Gujranwala
• Hyderabad
• Other Cities
Delivery is also available to smaller cities and towns, though delivery times may vary. If you're unsure whether delivery is available in your area, please check with the seller before placing your order.
Delivery Methods
We offer two delivery methods to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery
Delivery Time:
3-7 business days (within major cities)
5-10 business days (other areas)
Shipping Charges:
Rs. 150 - Rs. 300 (varies by location and seller)
Standard delivery is our most economical option, suitable for non-urgent orders. Exact charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Express Delivery
Delivery Time:
1-3 business days (within major cities)
2-5 business days (other areas)
Shipping Charges:
Rs. 250 - Rs. 500 (varies by location and seller)
Express delivery is our fastest option for urgent orders. Available in major cities only. Not all sellers may offer express shipping.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times start counting from the date the seller ships the item, not the order date.
Shipping Charges
How Charges Are Calculated
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Weight and size of the item
- Delivery location (city and distance from seller)
- Selected delivery method (Standard or Express)
- Seller's shipping policy
Free Shipping
Some sellers may offer free shipping on certain items or for orders above a minimum amount (e.g., Rs. 2,000). Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on product listings.
Multiple Items from Same Seller
If you purchase multiple items from the same seller, they may combine shipping to save you money. The combined shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Multiple Items from Different Sellers
If you purchase items from different sellers, each seller will ship their items separately, and you will be charged shipping for each seller's shipment.

• M&P (Pakistan Post)

• Other Local Couriers
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to track your package's progress.
Order Processing Time
Seller Processing
After you place an order, the seller has 2-3 business days to:
- Confirm the order
- Package the item securely
- Hand over the package to the courier
Once the seller ships your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example: 2 days (processing) + 5 days (shipping) = 7 days total
Order Tracking
How to Track Your Order
You can track your order in the following ways:
Thrift Store Account: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to view real-time order status and tracking information.
Email & SMS: You'll receive tracking updates via email and SMS as your order moves through different stages.
Courier Website: Use the tracking number to check your package status on the courier's website.
Order Statuses
- Pending: Order received, awaiting seller confirmation
- Confirmed: Seller confirmed and is preparing your order
- Shipped: Package handed over to courier and in transit
- Out for Delivery: Package is with delivery rider in your area
- Delivered: Package successfully delivered to your address
Delivery Instructions
Providing Accurate Information
Please ensure you provide:
- Complete and accurate delivery address
- Working mobile phone number
- Nearby landmarks for easy location
- Alternative contact number (optional but recommended)
Be Available for Delivery
The courier will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM). Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If the delivery person cannot reach you, they will:
- Call your provided phone number
- Attempt redelivery the next business day
- Return the package to the seller after 3 failed attempts
Important: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or buyer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply, and you may need to pay additional fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Do not accept the package if the outer box is severely damaged
- Take photos of the damaged package and item
- Contact the seller immediately through your Order Details page
- File a claim with customer support if the seller is unresponsive
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost by the courier:
- Wait until the maximum delivery time has passed
- Contact the seller to initiate a courier investigation
- The seller will work with the courier to locate your package
- You will receive a refund or replacement if the package cannot be found
Seller Responsibilities
All sellers on Thrift Store are required to:
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Use appropriate packaging materials (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.)
- Ship orders within the promised timeframe (2-3 business days)
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Respond to buyer inquiries about shipping status
- Cover shipping costs for returns due to seller error
Holidays and Delays
Deliveries may be delayed during:
- National and public holidays (Eid, 14th August, 25th December, etc.)
- Extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, floods, snowfall)
- Political unrest or strikes
- Peak shopping seasons (sale periods, festivals)
